This notice provides important information regarding pricing, payment terms, and related policies for services offered by StartupStambh Private Limited. All commercial terms for your specific project will be confirmed in a written quotation or engagement letter before payment is requested.

Payment Terms

Payments for services are accepted only in the name of StartupStambh Private Limited through official channels:

Official payment methods

  • NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer)
  • IMPS (Immediate Payment Service)
  • RTGS (Real Time Gross Settlement)
  • UPI to verified StartupStambh business accounts
  • Payment links via verified gateways (e.g. Razorpay) shared by our official team

Payment restrictions

Important: Cash payments and transfers to personal accounts or third-party names are NOT accepted. All payments must be made directly to StartupStambh Private Limited through official channels only. If anyone asks you to pay elsewhere, contact us immediately at the email below.

Pricing Structure

Our service fees are determined based on the nature and complexity of your requirement. Factors include:

  • Type of service (registration, compliance, funding advisory, certification, digital)
  • Complexity and number of entities, directors, or locations involved
  • Scope of work and deliverables defined in the proposal
  • Timeline urgency and dedicated resource requirements
  • Specific government scheme or funding programme involved
  • Third-party costs (government fees, stamp duty, DSC, lab tests) which are typically billed separately

Quotations

Detailed pricing is shared in a formal quotation or proposal before work begins. Verbal estimates on calls are indicative only until confirmed in writing. Prices may change if scope changes— we will seek your approval before additional charges.

Important Service Disclaimer

StartupStambh Private Limited provides business consultancy and advisory services for startups and MSMEs in India. We are not a bank, NBFC, or lending institution.

  • Loan approvals, interest rates, subsidies, and disbursements are solely at the discretion of partner banks, NBFCs, or government authorities
  • Registration and certification outcomes depend on MCA, GST, IP offices, and other regulators—we facilitate applications but do not control decisions
  • No outcomes are guaranteed. We assist with documentation, application preparation, and process guidance based on current rules
  • Government fees and timelines are set by authorities and may change without notice
Invoices & GST

Where applicable, GST-compliant invoices are issued for our professional fees. Government and third-party charges are itemised separately where possible.

Retain invoices for your accounting and tax records. For billing queries, email us with your invoice number.
